The OC3
Moffitt Cancer Center and Research Institute (MCC) requires that each participating cohort either sign a Data Use Agreement (DUA) or provide a letter stating that no DUA is needed. A template DUA is provided as a starting point, although the terms can be negotiated. In addition, outside groups proposing to conduct an analysis using OC3 data will be expected to analyze the data on the MCC computer system. This also requires a DUA with the institution conducting the analysis, and a draft DUA is provided.
